The Tinamou is a characteristic bird of Chile considered to be one of the most ancient creatures alive. Rarely seen but often heard, the Tinamou is a shy and secretive bird active during the day, retiring to roosts at night. This wine is a homage to this mysterious living dinosaur, who is part of our everyday lives although we have never seen him.

Pale in colour with notes of crunchy red fruit, pepper and smoke. This is a relatively light bodied winewith raspberry leaf, cherry and some herbal notes. Fresh acidity lifts the wine and makes this a pleasing match with game and charcuterie.
