The Tinamou is a characteristic bird of Chile considered to be one of the most ancient creatures alive. Rarely seen but often heard, the Tinamou is a shy and secretive bird active during the day, retiring to roosts at night. This wine is a homage to this mysterious living dinosaur, who is part of our everyday lives although we have never seen him.

Brooding notes of black cherry, blackcurrant and black pepper on the nose leads to an elegant palate with intergrated tannins and a fresh fruit finish. Enjoy with chargrilled red meats or roasts.
