Irene Morales was a simple seamstress who became a brave symbol in the history of Chile and represents all women who fought and helped in the battlesof Pisaqua, Dolores and Tacna. She was also the first woman to be reconized sergeant and wear a uniform.

A wonderfully expressive nose of spice, blackberry, blackcurrant and black cherry. There is clove, vanilla and cinnamon on the warm, rounded, flavourful palate. Fragrant, balanced and delicious with well managed tannins this would make a great match with red meat dishes such as Beef Wellington.
