Manufacturer:

Irene Morales was a simple seamstress who became a brave symbol in the history of Chile and represents all women who fought and helped in the battles of Pisaqua, Dolores and Tacna. She was also the first woman to be reconized sergeant and to wear a uniform.

Elegant with whispered notes of blueberry, black pepper and some blackcurrant leaf. The palate is well structured with peppery tannins. A serious wine that would work well with steak and other red meat based dishes.
