Tasting Notes

Botter Chianti in a wicker flask is a good, typical central Tuscan Chianti in the traditional straw. Made from a blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo Nero. It has a distinct bouquet and a smooth, harmonious taste, at the same time both dry and fresh, making it especially well suited to accompany meals of roasted game, shish kebabs and other grilled meat, as well as aged cheeses.
