The Tinamou is a characteristic bird of Chile considered to be one of the most ancient creatures alive. Rarely seen but often heard, the Tinamou is a shy and secretive bird active during the day, retiring to roosts at night. This wine is a homage to this mysterious living dinosaur, who is part of our everyday lives although we have never seen him.

Light and fresh with notes of pear,citrus, elderflower, melon and grass. The palate is zesty and refreshing with balancing acidity. Can be enjoyed on its own or with tomato based dishes, vegatarian tarts, seafood and white fish.
