Tasting Note

This Verdejo has a clear straw colour, a very expressive nose of gooseberry, apples and white fruits. Impressively rich, good acidity and fine balance on the palate. Pairs very well with crusty green salads and plain fresh fish.

“Like a conductor leading his orchestra, I seek harmony and purity in this series of wines and offer a commitment to deliver maximum pleasure to my audience.”– Rafael de Haan The Sinfonia Classic series is the most accessible range and these young, unoaked wines have been created for easy enjoyment. With the option of stelvin screw-cap closures the bottles are perfect for house wines and convenient to serve by the glass.
