TASTING NOTE

Pale yellow straw with green tones. The smell is quite big, clean and nicely fruity with hints of white flowers, citrus and minerals. The palate is medium-bodied, dry and very clean with lively acidity and balanced mineral tone. Fresh taste with hints of peach and pear.
