TASTING NOTES

Made from grapes grown in Sicily, this crisp, dry wine has all the hallmarks of Pinot Grigio. Citrus fruits on the nose with a refreshing palate of zesty green apple balanced by subtle minerality from Catarratto. Ideal on its own but also perfect with exotic dishes, salads and cold meats.
