Inspired by decidedly British flavours. Hand picked fresh from Herefordshire hedgerows, sloe berries are marinated in our bespoke gin blend, with a selection of botanicals that draw out the rich fruit flavour. Finally we add tart, succulent mulberries – a unique and rare taste.

TASTING NOTES
Nose:  Deep, rich sloe berry with sweet ripples of rosehip, followed by fresh notes of blackcurrant and redcurrant. Palate:  Sticky mouthfeel with a clean tartness around the edges. Big berry notes, complicated and fiery. Finish:  Aftertaste of figs, chopped dates, prune and redcurrant jelly. Gloriously warming!
