The Pigeon Fishers are small batch distillers of eclectic and innovative spirit brands. The products are bursting with bright, unforgettable flavours, achieved using age old techniques coupled with modern thinking. They have a beautiful set up, housed in a complex of barns on a Derbyshire farm, incorporating the distillery, a gin tap, a shop and gin experience.

This spirit is a labour of love. We begin with our smooth, rich, London Dry Gin and blend with an intense Blood Orange distillate we have created using Sicilian Moro Oranges. We then age the blend with Moro orange peel in American Oak for 28 days, before finally cold filtering the batch for unparalleled smoothness and clarity. Sip it like a whiskey over ice or add a light tonic and wedge orange.
