St Giles distillery is a proudly independent Norfolk based producer of high quality gin and is the home of multi award winning St Giles Diver's Edition, St Giles Raspberry, Rhubarb and Ginger. Hand crafted in our own custom made copper still, each of our producers boast their own unique, complex and subtle character, yet are connected by a luxurious, velvety smoothness. Our slow and careful distillation process ensures that the delicious blend of flavours is retained within the spirit, resulting in a beautifully rounded and delicate gin, perfect for taste explorers.
