Batanga tequila is produced by the Orendain family one of the founding families of tequila. It is crafted from 100% blue agave grown on a single estate in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens and fermented in small batches, followed by distillation entirely in pot stills
