TASTING NOTES

Sight: Warm amber.

Nose: Vanilla, orange, raisins and demerara sugar.

Taste: Saffron cake, Pedro Ximinez ice cream, caramel and vanilla with cinnamon, nutmeg and orange notes.

Mixes well with: coca-cola, ginger ale, ginger beer, fruit juices (mango, pineapple).

Easy serves: daiquiri, mojito.
