Glengoyne Distillery takes it's name from 'Glen Guin' glen of the wild geese, the most perfect and romantic location for the making of scotch whisky. The pure water that filters off the hill of Dumgoyne tumbles down the softly wooded glen to a small waterfall above Glengoyne, Scotland's most beautiful distillery.

The Real Taste of Malt
Unlike most other single malt whiskies, Glengoyne has traditionally dried it's malted barley using only warm air. This ensures that there is no overwhelming peat smoke in the finished malt. The result is a subtle, complex and generally more satisfying whisky in which all of the delicate flavours are fully expressed.

International Awards
Glengoyne malts have won a host of prestigious awards around the world including the ' Best of the Best' from Whisky Magazine, Gold and Double Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the International Spirits Challenge and Gold in the Malt Maniacs Awards. The Glengoyne range includes malts aged at 10,12 (cask strength), 17 and 21 year old and other rare limited editions.
