VINEYARDS
The vineyards producing Jules Féraud Champagne are located in and around the village of Vincelles, in the Marne Valley and cover 30 hectares of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

WINE-MAKING
Pneumatic pressure in the hours immediately following the picking. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats to preserve both the fruit and the freshness. Malolactic fermentation completed.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Golden yellow, abundant mousse.
Nose: Vivacity. Scents of dried flowers.
Palate: Powerful. Notes of fresh ripe fruit.
Food Pairing: Aperitif. Chicken à la crème, canapés or cold dishes.
Service: 8-10°C.
